FRIDAY

We all arrived on Friday evening and settled in to our dorms. Then we made our name badges. After we had had a Pow-Wow and a Fire Drill we got ready for a night hike. We had to look for fluorescent animals by torch light we found all but 3 of them. It was great fun. When we got back we got ready for bed had a hot drink and a sing song then went to bed. We didn't sleep much!

SATURDAY

The next day we all woke early and got up to a wonderful breakfast of cereal, toast, bacon, hash browns and beans!

After we had done our chores and had inspection we did some craft.

We all made Anzac biscuits, a didgereedoo and fish mobiles to put on the Great Barrier reef that Kookaburra made. Later that morning we went on a "Bush Walk".

After lunch we all had a rest then we went over to the shop to spend our pocket money. When we got back we finished off the mornings craft.

We were going to have a "Barbie" but it rained so we had to cook on the stove instead. Afterwards we had a "Beach Party" we played volleyball, Humpity Lumpity and had a Thong throwning contest. The prize was a Golden Thong. After all this we were tired and went to bed after a hot drink. We had a Midnight Feast, some of us ate to much and didn't feel at all well!

SUNDAY

Today is the last day! After breakfast we pack up our stuff. Then we do one last craft - Echidna Collages, they all looked great. We all finish off our diaries and hand them in. After a wonderful roast dinner it is time to pack everything away before our parents come to collect us.
